New spas should be positioned on a flat concrete surface minimum 7ft sq. (2.2M sq.). If you have a Deck then ideally it should be cut through the deck to rest on a flat surface underneath. (The hot tub must not lay in a well where water cannot escape

Warranty

Spas must be completely covered with an insulating spa cover at all times when not in use. Failure to do so could cause damage to spa surface and void the warranty. Spa must be placed on a solid, flat surface that is designed to carry a minimum of 150 lbs

Servicing & call out charges start from £149.00. Please call to discuss our callout £95.00 includes first hour, subsequent hours at £35.00 per hour. Travel over 20 miles form IP10 0DE charge at £1.00 per mile.
